About Us
Glendale is full of families who gather, celebrate, and pass down traditions, and we wanted to bring something to those moments that felt just as personal. Glendale Hibachi Catering At Home started with one goal, to take the energy of a real teppanyaki show and put it right in the middle of whatever you're already celebrating, whether that's a backyard birthday in Adams Hill or a Quinceañera with three generations in the room.
Every chef we work with trained the right way, not just for the tricks, but for the actual craft of hibachi cooking. We buy ingredients the same day we cook them, we show up on time, and we leave your space the way we found it. From quiet family dinners to full-blown celebrations, the goal is always the same, give people a night they'll bring up again at the next family gathering.

Vision
To be the hibachi service Glendale families trust for everything from a Tuesday night dinner to a once-in-a-lifetime Quinceañera, known for showing up, showing respect, and putting on a real show every time.
Our Story
It started with a simple observation. Glendale is a city built around backyards, hillside patios, and families who genuinely know how to throw a celebration, from a casual Sunday dinner to a full Quinceañera with three generations in one room. What was missing was a way to bring something memorable directly into those moments instead of asking families to go find it somewhere else.
So we started training chefs the right way, real teppanyaki technique, real knife work, real timing, not just tricks for the camera. We made a rule early on to shop the morning of every event instead of stocking up days in advance, because the difference shows up on the plate.
The first few bookings were small, a birthday here, a backyard dinner there. Then word started spreading through Glendale's tight-knit neighborhoods, Adams Hill, Montrose, Kenneth Village, Verdugo Woodlands, and families started asking if we could handle bigger celebrations, Quinceañeras, Agra Hadig ceremonies, family reunions where grandparents and grandkids were all sitting at the same table.
That's when it became clear what this business was really about. It was never just hibachi. It was about showing up to the moments that already mattered to people and adding something to them, without taking anything away. Today, that's still the whole point, every single booking.
